Labout Law
In the litigious labour area, the law firm works at all levels of the Labout Law, including the Superior Tribunal do Trabalho and the Supremo Tribunal Federal, aiming to defend the employers' interests. It also provides its clients with preventive consultancy presenting solutions to avoid future litigation and giving them the guidelines related to the Labout Law, interfering in collective labour agreements and direct negotiations with the syndicates of each professional category.

The awareness about global warming has drawn interest and concem over the quality of the quality of the environment throughout the world. Federal, State and Municipal legislation concerning environment in our country is deemed one of the most complex and advanced as it covers all three areas of law: administrative, civil and criminal law. We provide consultancy and legal counsel in both the preventative and litigation aspects of environmental law.
Mining Law
It represents the interests of its clients before governmental institutions, especially the Departamento Nacional de Propriedade Mineral. In court it attends legal actions related to the evaluation of income and research damage and mineral exploitation, among others.

It takes part in the selection processes which are of interest to its clients offering legal consultancy and support before the related institutions of the Public Administration, such as the Federal Government, States and Municipality. It also attends to the formalities of the consequent administrative contracts. It provides the defence of civil servants before their respective institutions and collaborates extrajudicial and judically, when necessary, with the satisfaction of the clients' interests in dispossessions of public interest.
Copyrights
The copyrights protected under our Federal Constituion have been a source of liability to companies which Law no. 9,610, dated February 19, 1998, which regulates the protection of literary, artistic, or scientific works. In the field of copyrights, one of the most important issues is the use of musical recordings by commercial establishments such as restaurants, hotels, bars, nightclubs and similar venues, and radio stations, as a means of advertising for their products and services. The inspection and collection of royalties for the use of musical recordings is under the responsibility of ECAD(Escritório Central de Arrecadação or Central Collection Office). Our services are aimed at the protection of the interests and rights of companies in entry outers.
Contracts
It writes and evaluates contracts such as supplying goods, providing services, distribution of real estate businesses, loan for use agreement of goods and warranty. It also examines the documents related to the contracts by giving legal advice to each particular case attending the whole contractual process until it is finished, judicial or extrajudicially.
